Yes! As long as your four-legged family member isn’t listed on our restricted breed list, you can bring them with you! Restricted breeds include Chow Chows, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Great Danes, Akitas, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Huskies, Mastiffs, Bandogs, Dogo Argentinos, Fila Brasilieros, Tosa Inus, Presa Canarios, Boerboels, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers Cane Corsos, certain bulldog breeds including American Bulldogs and Pitbulls), Wolf breeds and Wolf-Hybridsor any mixed breed including one of these breeds in its lineage.
What parking options are available at this community?
All residents are asked to park their vehicle and guest vehicles on their lot in the driveway. Parking in the grass is not permitted.
